ممنون از موج منفی بعضی از دوستان angry3قشنگ روحیه ام به 0 رسید با این که امسالم با سال گذشتم زمین تا آسمونه و کلی محدود شدم ولی تا الان اینقدر خودمُ نباخته بودمundecided2aloofandbored

رفقای عزیزم....یه بار قبلا اینا رو گفتم بازم میگم....ببینید الان نسل سوم داروهای جلوگیری از پیشرفت ام اس در حال ورود به بازاره از alemtuzumabگرفته تاocrelizumabتا natalizumabببینید این داروها خیلی قویتر از اینتر فرون ها هستن و در صد پیشگیریشون خیلی بالاتر از rebif وbetaferon هست که اینتر فرون های قوی هستن...مثلا خود natalizumab الان چند تا از بچهای خودمون استفاده کردن و 0.65-0.70 سرعت پیشرفت رو کم میکنه...اگر از دوستانی که تزریق داشتن بپرسین میبینین که اصلا در حین تزریق حمله نداشتن...تازهalemtuzumab که داره وارد بازار میشه(داروی لوسمی بوده.یه نوع سرطان)تو مقایسه ها قدرت بهتری در پیشگیری نسبت به natalizumab داشته(74 درصد)...smilingsmilingاگر دارو سریع بره زیر بیمه و نچرخوننمون الکی...هیچ اتفقی واسه هیچ کودوممون نمیافته...تازه قیمت ناتالی زوماب رو هم نداره که فقط تو افسانه ها ادم باید دنبال جور شدن هزینه ی تزریقش باشه(ماهی میگن 3500000 )smilingsmiling
یعنی ادمای مثل منم که کارمندن و جوان هم میتونن کار کنن و هزینشو در بیارن...فقط دعا کنیم ای وسط یکی از بچه های این آدم گندها هم بگیره شاید اون ادم گنده به فکر بیافته دارو سریع تو ایران هم بیمه بشه هم پخش بشهsmilingsmilingsmiling
این داروها به هیچ وجه درمان نیستن اما میشه گفت پیشرفت بیماری رو تقریبامتوقف میکنن...تو مقالهایی که ترجمه کردم و بزودی بعد از تایپ در اختیارتون قرار میدم میبینید تو کمبریج که روی این دارو ها تحقیق کردن تونستن سلول های عصبی رو روی موش دوباره تولید کنن(با کاشت سلول و ...)وگفتن 10-15 سال وقت میخوایم که این رو رو انسان عملی کنیم...خوشبختانه امار این بیماری تو غرب زیاده و هیچ بعید نیست که یه روز صبح که از خواب پا میشیم خبر بدن که ام اس رو لولو برد....دور نیست...قول میدمicon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrin

حدود هفت ساله ام اس دارم
هم تو سر و هم نخاع پلاک دارم
معلولیت ندارم اما این 2-3 سال که بیماریم پیشرفت کرده موقع راه رفتن اکی نیستم، گاهی بیشتر و گاهی کمتر.
ام اس عجب مار خوش خط و خالیه، یکی از دوستام هست که سه سال زودتر از من مریض شده ورزش هم نمیکنه همیشه هم غر میزنه و روحیش داغونه.اما انقدر سرپاست که هیچ کس نمیفهمه ام اس داره.
اگه روحیه، ورزش و ... تاثیر + داره و برعکس پس چرا دوست من حالش خیلی از من بهتره؟
همیشه از اون محکم تر بودم. شنا و فیزیوتراپی هم میکنم داروهای بیشتر هم نسبت به اون استفاده میکنم.
یعنی بیماری من انقدر پیشرفته تر از بیماری اونه؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
ایشاله همیشه سرپا باشه. هم اون و هم همه ی بیمارها.

من 8ساله که به ام اس مبتلاهستم.تنهاحمله ی من به درسال 84بودکه چشم راست به کل دیدش راازدست دادوجفت پاهام سرشدطوری که اصلانمیتونستم راه برم.الان حالم عالی است طوریکه منوکسی ببینه تشخیص نمیده که من بیماری ام اس دارم.
الان فقط اگرمن بدوم پاهام سرمیشه.بامتعادل راه رفتن اصلامشکلی ندارم . من دعامیکنم کلیه بیماران ام اس جهان هیچگونه مشکل جسمی نداشته باشند

منم 6ساله بیماریم تشخیص داده شده.3ساله که روزی نبوده کسی بهم نگه چرا اینجور راه میری؟!از دستش واقعا از ته دل میگم واقعا خسته شدم!دلم میخواد همه عمرمو بدم دلی فقط یه روز بتونم بدوم!!!!از اینجور زندگی خسته وسیرم

من اولین حمله ام سال 85 بود تا 4 سال بعدش هیچ مشکلی نداشتم تا از پارسال که فشارهای روحی روم زیاد بود حمله هام شروع شد الان دست چپم سره و پاهام یه ذره گز گز می شه ولی می گذرونیم

منم 5سال دارومصرف میکنم اززمان تشخیص تا الان خوشبختانه حمله ای نداشتم اما به مرور زمان بدنم ضعیف شده الان 1ساله توی راه رفتن تعادل ندارم واز پیاده روی هم میترسم تنها بیرون بر م یعنی از زمانی که سرما خوردم ازانزمان بدنم ضیفتر شده وقتی هم دچار سردرد میشم بدنم ضعیف میشه از زنده ماندن سیر میشم معلول نشدم اما خدا نکنه

من 23 ساله که ام اس دارم 6 ساله ویلچرنشین شدم .20 سال به هر زحمتی بود با کمک راه میرفتم .البته حالا هم که روی ویلچرم اعصاب حسی پاهام و کل بدنم بخوبی کار میکنه . من از اولش هم اعصاب حرکتی پاهام مشکل داشتن. امیدوارم به لطف خدا بزودی از روی ویلچر بلند بشم.agreement2agreement2

ام اس هزار چهره هست و نمیشه کسیو با دیگری مقایسه کرد. من قبلاً هم گفتم توی خیلی از موارد استثنام تا وقتی که بتافرون تزریق نکرده بودم حالم خیلی بهتر بود ولی در مورد من برعکس تاثیر کرد و باعث شد ویلچری بشم. angryangryangryangry

البته قبلاً هم گفتم افسردگی و ناراحتی روحی خیلی بدتر از معلولیت جسمی است. angry3angry3angry3

معلولیت نداشته که هیچ اصلا پیدا هم نیست.خداروشکر اصلا کسی نمیتونه فکرشم کنه.
