منم الان یکساله فینگولیمود استفاده میکنم و خدارو شکر هیچ مشکلی ندارم بعد ۵ماهم پلاکام غیر فعال شدن دکتر من هم مارلارو تجویز نکرد و به فینگولیمود اعتقاد داشت.

اینا علایمی که گفتید اصلا ربطی به فینگولیمود نداره شاید یه پلاک جدید دارید و چاقی از عوارض فینگولید نیست از عوارض شایع گابا پنتین هستش نگران نباش و بدست خود دکترت بسپار فینگولید خیلی تو غیر فعال کردن پلاک ها موثره خودتم امیدوار باش

ارزیابی نقش بالینی فینگولیمود در درمان بیماری مالتیپل اسکلروزیس(ام اس ):

فینگولیمود به عنوان یک داروی خوراکی در درمان بیماری مالتیپل اسکلروزیس شناخته می شود که در مقایسه
با سایر داروهای مورد استفاده در درمان این بیماری از میزان پایبندی بالاتری در مصرف دارو توسط بیماران
بهره مند بوده و تعداد کمتری از بیماران از ادامه درمان با ای
ن دارو انصراف می دهند.
فینگولیمود دارای قابلیت تحمل و
tolerability
بالا در بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس می باشد. از
طرفی روش تجویز خوراکی برای این دارو
یکی از
دلایل مهم در افزایش پذیرش بیمار است. هم چنین فقدان
محدودیت های موجود در داروهای تزریقی
از قبیل :
ضایعه محل تزریق، عوارض شبه آنفولانزا و ایجاد آنتی
بادی ضد دارو از دیگر مزایای این دارو می باشد.
بنابر گزارشات ار

فینگولیمود
نسبت به سایر داروهای مورد استفاده

بررسی اثربخشی داروی فینگولیمود در کاهش میزان عود بیماری مالتیپل اسکلروزیس در مقایسه
با دو داروی اینترفرون و گلاتیرامراستات

این مطالعه نشان می
دهد که در مصرف فینگولیمود احتمال عود بیماری

کاهش می یابد و در بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس مصرف فینگولیمود در مقایسه با اینترفرون و گلاتیرامراستات

بررسی تاثیر دارو
ها بر کاهش میزان عود بیماری پس از تعویض داروی اولیه :

در این مطالعه میزان عود در بیمارانی که به هر دلیلی نتوانسته اند درمان اولیه خود را تحمل کنند و تعویض داروی خط اول (اینترفرون) با فینگولیمود یا گلاتیرامراستات
صورت گرفته بررسی شده است.

نتایج حاصله نشان می دهد تعویض دارو با فینگولیمود نسبت گلاتیرامراستات

کاهش بیشتری در میزان بروز و تعداد دفعات عود بیماری ایجاد می کند.



در واقع داروی فینگولیمود نسبت به گلاترامر استات اثر بخشی بیشتری در کاهش بروز و تعداد دفعات عود بیماری داشته است. همچنین قطع ادامه درمان ثانویه با فینگولیمود نسبت به داروهای تزریقی مورد استفاده در ام اس در بیمارانی که تعویض در درمان اولیه برای آنها صورت گرفته، به طور قابل توجهی کمتر بوده و یا دیرتر ایجاد شده است.

میزان عود بیماری بر پیشرفت ناتوانی و کاهش کیفیت زندگی فرد مؤثر است.در ارتباط با این مشکل، داده های حاصل از این مطالعه نتایج طولانی مدت مناسب تری را در تعویض از اینترفرون به فینگولیمود (نسبت به گلاتیرامر استات)نشان می دهد.
