سلام بچه ها باتوجه به فصل تابستون ومیوه های فصل چطوربااینجورمیوه هابرخوردمیکنین?میدونین که همشون طبع سرددارن وسردی خوردن برای ام اس ها زیادخوشایندنیس
مثل زردآلو گیلاس آلوچه توت فرنگی هندونه خربزه خیار و ...angel

من یکی از اونهایم که سردی هیچ مشکلی واسشون پیش نمیاره
بی صبرانه منتظر رسیدن میوه هایی که طبع سرد دارن هستم
اونهایم که واسشون ضرر داره زیاد ناراحت نباشن
مشکلی پیش نمیاد اگه بخورید، اگه زیاده روی نکنید

از شانس بد من سردیجات رو بیشتر دوست دارم مخصوصا این میوه ها رو
از بعد ام اس کنترل شده میخورم که زیاده روی به حساب نیاد

خوب دوست عزیز دو تا دونه خوردنش که ما ام اسی هارو نمیکشه..
زیاده روی در خوردنش اون هم در مدت زمان طولانی خوب نیست اونم تازه برای بعضی ها..
عمومیت داره ولی کلیت نداره..
