دوستان حس قشنگی بهم دست داد وقتی دیدم اینکار اینقدر طرفدار داره. ولی من خودم عضو نیستم چون مادرم راضی نشد ،ولی موکدا به خانوادم گفتم اگر شرایطش پیش اومد من خواسته ام اینه که اعضام رو اهداء کنین بقیه اش با خودتون اونام همینطوری نگام کردن .
البته از وقتی ام اس گرفتم یه سوال برام پیش اومده با این داروهایی که تزریق میکنیم باز هم خون و اعضای ما مورد استفاده است؟بخصوص خون رو منظورمه.

من خيلي وقتها پيش از اين صحبتش و با خانواده كردم و بهشون گفتم agreement2
اما با توجه به وضع موجود icon_cryبايد تغييراتي تو وصيات نامه ام انجام بدم wink2و بگم كه به كسي كه دستش به دهنش ميرسه در حد وسع اش هست بفروشن Smile (52)و كسي كه نداره و دست به دعا شده بخاطر خدا عضو مورد نياز و بهش ببخشنicon_question

سلام
من سال 81 به همراه دوست و همکلاسی ام رفتیم و به صورت حضوری عضو شدیم الان بیش از ده ساله که با کارت اهدا عضوم همراه هستم و همیشه دنبالمه البته خانواده ام موافق نیستند اما تسلیم شدند این کار به من آرامش داده و همیشه فکر می کنم در اثر مرگ مغزی خواهم مرد جالبه که تعداد زیادی از افرادی که این کارت را دریافت کردند به آرزوشون رسیدند البته گاهی اوقات با دیدن کارتم به یاد مرگ میافتم و تمام بدنم میلرزه
این کار نیاز به شجاعت و شهامت داره شجاع باشید دوستان

داستان کوچک‌ترین اهدا‌کننده عضو کشور

خبر اهدای اعضای بدن کودک شش ماهه‌ای که دچار مرگ مغزی شده بود، عجیب اما واقعی بود هلیا که تنها 6 ماه از تولدش گذشته بود، پس از یک سرماخوردگی ساده ناگهان دچار تشنج و پس از آن مرگ مغزی شد اما پیش از اینکه پیکر نحیفش به خاک سپرد شود، کلیه‌های او به دختر بچه 9 ساله‌ای اهدا شد تا وی فرصت زندگی دوباره پیدا کند.

هلیا آنقدر کوچک بود که برای انتقالش به روی تخت برانکارد، یک پرستار هم کافی بود. وقتی او را به بیمارستان منتصریه مشهد منتقل کردند، کسی باورش نمی‌شد که قرار است اعضای بدن او را اهدا کنند. اما کلیه‌های هلیا به دختر بچه 9 ساله اهدا شد تا او کوچکترین اهدا‌کننده عضو در کشور لقب بگیرد.

مرگ مغزی
«اولش با یک سرما خوردگی شروع شد، دخترم تب کرد و مثل تمام سرماخوردگی‌ها سرفه و عطسه می‌کرد. فکر کردیم یک سرماخوردگی ساده است اما وقتی دچار حالت تهوع شد او را به درمانگاه بردیم. دکتر یکسری دارو تجویز کرد و پس از آن دخترم را به خانه بردیم غافل از اینکه قرار است اتفاق ناگواری رخ دهد».اینها را پدر هلیا می‌گوید. مردی که با موافقت او و همسرش، عمل اهدای عضو کوچک‌ترین اهدا‌کننده عضو در ایران در مشهد رقم خورد.مرد جوان ادامه می‌دهد: «روز بعد، با‌وجود مراقبت‌های همسرم حال دخترم بدتر شد. دست و پای هلیا بی‌حس شد و قلبش کند می‌زد. او را بردیم بیمارستان و بلافاصله او را به بخش ویژه بردند و با شوک ضربان قلبش برگشت. هلیا در بیمارستان بستری شد اما در حالش هیچ تغییری به‌وجود نیامد. دکتر‌ها هم به ما چیزی نمی‌گفتند، تا اینکه بعد از سه چهار روز یکی از دکتر‌ها به من گفت که دختر دچار خونریزی مغزی و چشمی شده و برای نجات او کاری از دست آنها بر نمی‌آید.»

اهدای عضو
مرد جوان وقتی این خبر را شنید نگاهی به دخترش که در ICU بستری بود انداخت. برایش سخت بود که باور کند هلیا را برای همیشه از دست خواهد داد. او با پاهایی سست به سمت خانه به راه افتاد. باید اتفاقی که برای تنها دخترشان رخ داده بود راه به همسرش می‌گفت.او ادامه می‌دهد: «برای یک مادر شاید شنیدن چنین خبری بد‌ترین خبر زندگی‌اش باشد. اما به‌هرحال ما دخترمان را از دست داده بودیم. دکتر‌ها به من اطمینان داده بودند که او دیگر به زندگی برنمی‌گردد و دچار مرگ مغزی شده است. آن شب هر طوری بود ماجرا را برای همسرم تعریف کردم. حالش بد شد. دلداری‌اش دادم اما او سکوت کرده بود و حرفی نمی‌زد.

شوکه شده بود و باور نمی‌کرد چنین اتفاقی برای تنها فرزندمان رخ داده است. وقتی به همسرم گفتم که می‌شود اعضای بدن دخترمان را اهدا کنیم،‌جواب داد ما که داغدار شده‌ایم، چرا چند نفر دیگر همدرد ما بشوند عزیزشان را از دست بدهند. برای همین برگه اهدای عضو بچه‌ام را امضا کردیم.»مرد جوان ادامه می‌دهد: «با اینکه هنوز مرگ دخترمان را باور نکرده‌ایم و دلمان برایش تنگ شده اما خوشحالم که یک انسان دیگر با اعضای بدن بچه‌مان زندگی می‌کند و ما جانش را نجات داده‌ایم. الان هم دختر ما و هم یک دختر دیگر زنده هستند.»

مسئول واحد فراهم‌آوری اهدای عضو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی می‌گوید: «هلیا قربانی شش ماهه که به علت تشنج و ایست قلبی دچار مرگ مغزی شده بود پس از تایید مراحل مرگ مغزی و رضایت خانواده‌اش از بیمارستان دکتر شیخ به مرکز دیالیز و پیوند اعضای بیمارستان منتصریه منتقل و تحت عمل اهدای عضو قرار گرفت.»ابراهیم خالقی خاطر ادامه می‌دهد: «در این عمل کلیه‌های هلیا به کودک 9 ساله‌ای که دچار نارسایی کلیه شده و دیالیز می‌شد به طور رایگان اهدا و پیوند زده شد. براساس اعلام پزشکان معالج گروه پیوند حال عمومی گیرنده عضو نیز رضایت‌بخش است و در حال حاضر در بخش پیوند بیمارستان منتصریه بستری است.»
