توصیه دکتر امیر رضا عظیمی در مورد عدم قطع دارو:

اخیرا تحقیقی که در زمینه قطع داروهای ام اس در چندین کشور دنیا صورت گرفته، منتشر شده است.در این تحقیق بیمارانی که با مصرف دارو به مدت پنج سال کاملا کنترل بوده و هیچ گونه حمله ای نداشته اند و ام ار ای انها نیز پلاک جدید یا فعال نداشته و بعد از پنج سال دارو را قطع کرده اند ،بررسی شده اند.
این بیماران بعد از قطع دارو به مدت چند سال تحت نظر بودند و مشاهده شد که حدود پنجاه درصد بیماران به ام اس پیشرونده تبدیل شدند.

این مطالعه که در چندین کشور دنیا از جمله ایران صورت گرفت بار دیگر نشان داد که قطع دارو حتی در بیمارانی که مدتها هیچ گونه علامتی نداشتند میتواند به پیامدهای غیر قابل جبران منتهی گردد . بنابراین باز هم بر عدم قطع دارو و ادامه درمان در بیماران تاکید می شود.

متاسفانه من بارها شاهد بیمارانی بوده ام که هنگام مصرف دارو کاملا کنترل و بدون علامت بوده اند اما تحت تاثیر تبلیغات غیر واقعی روشهای غیر علمی مانند زنبوردرمانی، طب سنتی و ... دارو را قطع کرده و اکنون که دچار ناتوانی شدید شده اند و مجددا که برای مصرف دارو مراجعه کرده اند کار از کار گذشته است.

من وقتی دکتر حمزه لو برام سینووکس تجویز کردن
تاکید فرمودن ممکنه تا اخر عمرت حمله نداشته باشی و فکر کنی یه عمر بی خودی تزریق کردی
وللللییییی هرگز نباید درمان را قطع کنی
و حتی اگه در زمان درمان حمله داشته باشی شدت حمله کاهش پیدا میکنه .

پس درمان را قطع نکنید .

سلام کار بسیار خطرناکی می کنید.ریسکش بالاست ممکن قابل جبران هم نباشه لطفن اینکار نکنید

سلام
دکترم پارسال اسفندماه بمن گفت داروت رو میتونی قطع کنی اما من ترسیدم قطع نکردم
جالب اینکه وقتی در خرداد ماه ب دکترم گفتم حالا میخام ک ب حرفتون گوش بدم و داروم رو قطع کنم کلی دعوام کرد و گفت من کی گفتم قطع کنLaie_70نباید داروت رو قطع کنیangry
در کل اینو بگم که اصلا به حرف دکترها اعتمادی نیس چون خودشون هم روی هوا حرف میزنن و حرفای ۱دقیقه قبل خودشون رو قبول ندارنsad

احتمال حمله در زمان بارداری نزدیک صفر، با خیالت راحت مواظب نی نی باش، فقط بعد از فارغ شدن چون احتمال بالا می‌ره باید تحت نظر باشی تا اگه لازم بود دارو شروع و شیردهی قطع بشه.
