عسل جان بهتره این مشکل رو با دکترت در میون بزاری

مثلا من کلا اولین علایم ام اسم از ادراری هم شروع شده بود که مال من شامل بی اختیاری بودش متاسفانه!

و این شد که علاوه بر ام آر آی مغز، ام آر آی از گردن و نخاع هم برام نوشتن (البته من علایم بی حسی و سر بودن بدنم بیشتر باعث شد گردن و نخاع هم بدم)

که در ام آر آی گردن و هم در نخاعم هم پلاک داشتم
با وجودی که توی مغزمم پلاک دارم

در مورد شیوه ی درمانش هم که به حرف پزشکانم عمل کرده بودم که تقریبا جواب گرفتم و الان هرزگاهی این مشکل برام پیش میاد

این تجربه من که مال من بی اختیاری بودش البته!
ام اسا همه هم که متفاوت. مال هر کی یه جوره confused2

در مورد مشکلت با پزشکت مشورت کن ان شاالله مشکلت حل میشه icon_question

منم از اولش مشکل تکرر ادرار داشتم که همیشه زمستون و پاییز خیلی اذیتم میکنه و در واقع تنها چیزی ک یادم میندازه ام اس دارم همینهconfused
دکترم اینو میدونه و گاهی قرص مینویسه اما هیچ وقت ام ار آی گردن و نخاع ندادم
من همیشه تکرر ادار دارم اما زمستونا خیلی بد میشه یه جورایی همراه با بی اختیاری.تعجبم اینه که اگه هر نیم ساعت هم باشه باز حجم زیادی هست با اینکه من از ترس اصلا مایعات نمیخورم.حتی شک کردم کلیم مشکل داشته باشه ولی تو آزمایشم مشکلی نبود!

برا من تب و عفونت تکرر میاره

حالا پلاک نخاع هم بخواد دلیلش باشه
مثلا پلاک نخاع دار یکیش منconfused2
همچی تفاوتی توی شیوه درمان برا تکرر با اونایی که پلاک نخاع ندارن پزشکا برام قائل نشدن و همون درمانهای معمول تکرر یا بی اختیاری رو برام درنظر گرفتن تا حالا

حالا بازم با دکترت مشورت کن icon_question

من این مشکل رو هم تجربه کردم badtaste
برا من به علت عفونت ادراری این مشکل برام بوجود اومده بود
و شن مثانه
البته چون شن داشتم با درد همراه بود sad2

در کل دلایل متعددی داره
یه دوره ای هم همزمان با مشکلات ادراری که از جانب ام اس داشتم همچین تجربه ای داشتم
در هر حال مراجعه به پزشک و آزمایش دادن دلیل رو بهتر مشخص می کنه

ولی آزمایشم خون نشون داده توی (....)

شن میتونه یکی از دلایلش باشه نه اینکه حتما دلیلش باشه کهLaie_70
تازه برا همینشم به من توصیه شد که آب و مایعات زیاد بخورم تا رفع شه و رفع هم شد agreement2
من عمدتا مواقعی که یه عفونت ادراری ساده میگیرتم هم این مدلی میشم badtaste
نگران نباش
با مراجعه به پزشک نگرانیتو رفع کن پس Smiley-cool14

اگه علت مشخصی مثل عفونت ادراری نداشته باشه ، میتونه یکی از مشکلات ناشی از ام اس باشه.

من الان یک ماهه که قرص تولترودین میخورم اما تقریبا اثری نداشتهconfused2
چرا هر مشکل دیگه ای تا حالا داشتم با یه مدت قرص مصرف کردن کامل خوب شده اما این نه؟تا زمانی که قرص مصرف میکنم تازه یکم بهتره!
یعنی هیچ راهی برای بهبود کاملش مثل بقیه مشکلاتمون نیس؟
