کاش در مورد فینگولید بیشتر برای من توضیح بدی که آیا مصرفش واقعا کار صحیحی است یا خیر
سلام حدیث
اول یک جواب سوال دوستان رو بدم.
دارو خارجیش تو بازار هست. به نام مارلا. اسم دارو تا سال پیش گلنیا بود. امسال اسم تجاری دارو شد مارلا. همون داروی سوئیسی شرکت نوارتیس هست.
دارو در مقایسه با سایر خوراکی ها و داروها عوارض بیشتری داره. تکفیدرا و آبا جیو و اینتر فرون ها داروهای امنی هستن.
قیمت داروی خارجی حدود یک و چهارصد هست. ایرانیش صد و هشتاد تومن.
دارو عملکرد خوبی داره. تقریباً شصت درصد.
ولی عملکرد خوب باعث نمیشه.که همه برن رو این دارو. عوارض جانبی زیادی داره.
مدتی هم که طول میکشه تا بدن با این دارو هم خوانی کنه دو تا سه ماه هست. این مدت رعایت بیشتر بهداشت برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به انواع عفونت واجب هست.
در مورد داروی ایرانی پزشک های داخلی تحقیق ها رو انجام دادن. عملکرد اون و تایید کردن. و این موضوع از وزارت بهداشت تایید شده هست که دارو دقیقاً نمونه مولکولی داروی اصلی هست. تفاوتی وجود نداره.
البته چون بدون رعایت حق انحصارا دارو تولید میشه، چیزی تو مقالات خارجی در موردش نمینویسن.
در مورد کرختی پات یا اینکه ام اس علامت میده. با پزشک صحبت کن حدیث. اگر میدونی پیش چند نفر برو. و نظر بقیه رو هم جویا شو.
اگر بیمه تکمیل هستی بیمه کل هزینه داروی خارجی رو میده.
یعنی تمام یک ملیون و چهارصد رو.
که بیمه نیروهایی مصلح بیمه قوی ای هست. باید پی گیر بشی.
اگر مطمئن شدیعنی پرداخت میکنن خارجی هم گزینه خوبی هست

اتفاقا همین الان در مورد فینگولید و نمونه خارجیش داشتم توی سایتای مختلف هم سرچ میکردم
دکترم گفتش اگر فینگولید روت عارضه داد خارجیشو بهت میدم
در مورد فینگولیمود خارجی از بیمه م پرسیدم اونا گفتن که 30% رو پوشش میدن (البته دوماه پیش)
اگر واقعا مثل خوده فینگولید برام رایگان بشه که قطعا میرم روی خارجیش
چند هفته دیگه دکترمو میبینم و باهاش مشورت میکنم
الانم از همین نمونه ایرانی راضی ام فقط یک بار عفونت ادراری شدم که سیپرو خوردم تا رفع شد و تقریبا هر روز احساس بی حالی دارم
کلا وضعیت پاهام از اول بیماریم تا به حال یه بی حسی یی هست که برام قابل توصیف نیست. مقداری سنگینه
فقط نمونه خارجیش هم عوارض ایرانیشو داره؟

همه عارضه ها قرار نیست رو شما اتفاق بیوفته حدیث خانم. این یک چیز کلی هست مینویسن. اما صد در صد نیست.
آره همون چیزهایی که رو برو شور نمونه ایرانی هست رو نمونه خارجی هم هست.
من با چند نفر صحبت کردم مصرف میکردن. مشکل خاصی نداشتن

داروي فينگوليد - لیلیانا - 2014/11/30

سلام من دیروز از بیمارستان اومدم دو شب تحت نظر بودم
امروز دوز سوم از فینگولید رو مصرف کردم agreement2
یه سوال
کسی هست که وقتی این دارو رو مصرف کرده باشه
بدنش یه دونه هایی بزنه مثل جای نیش پشه
من دیروز که از بیمارستان اومدم متوجه این موضوع شدم
نمیدونم به تخت حساسیت دادم پشه زده یا به فینگولید حساسیت دادمconfused2

به جمع فینگولیدی ها خوش اومدیicon_question

تا جاییکه من میدونم حساسیتی پوستی جز عوارض فینگولید نیست.

سلام به همه من امروز سومین دوز فینگولید رو مصرف کردم
روی بدنم به خصوص پام یه دونه هایی شبیه جای نیش پشه و خارش زیاد بیرون اومده
کسی این اتفاق افتاده واسش؟

فینگولید فقط روی قلب و اعصاب اثر داره

من الان نزدیکه 13-14 ماهه مصرف میکنم و همچین چیزیو ندیدم
به نظرم شما به متخصص پوست مراجعه کنی بهتر باشه

دکتر من برای تغییر دارو مشاوره از دکتر پوست خواسته
این یعنی اینکه ممکنه مشکلات پوستی هم همراه داشته باشه؟

یادم اومد که یه قرص برای پوست هست که مصرفش ممنوعه نو دوره فینگولیمد
ولی متاسفانه اسمش یادم نمیادconfused
