سینووکس رو من به خاطر اینکه عوارض کمتری داره استفاده میکنم چون تو این یه سال رو کبدم اصلا تاثیری نداشته فقط یه روزی درد دارم و حالت عصبی پیدا میکنم. همین مسئله باعث بی خوابی های مکرر هم شده . البته چون تشخیص دکترم Cis و نوریت اپتیک بود میتونستم فعلا تزریق نکنم ولی من ترسیدم و از همون پارسال تزریق رو شروع کردم. اما حالا من موندم و یه چند تا عارضه که تا حالا از پسش برنیومدم . کسی هست بتونه راهنمایی کنه؟confused2

اکثر نظراتی که اینجا نوشته شده در مورد عوارض جسمی هست. سوال من اینه...آیا سینووکس از لحاظ روحی تاثیری روتون داشته؟من به بیماری به هیچ عنوان فکر نمیکنم و بخاطرش ناراحت نیستم. مساله اینه که در حدود یکسالی که دارم ازین دارو استفاده میکنم دچار بی انگیزگی برا انجام امور خیلی مهم زندگیم شدم و یه جورایی دارم آیندمو خراب میکنم اما بازم بیخیالم. یجورایی مثل افسردگی. برام سواله که آیا این مساله میتونه بخاطر دارو باشه.

یکی از عوارض نادر این دارو افسردگی است. البته شاید دلیل این افسردگی چیز دیگه ای باشه. برای من که چنین حالتی ایجاد نکرده. شما می تونید با پزشکتون مشورت کنید شاید داروی خاصی براتون تجویز کنن.

سلام من 5 ساله سینووکس میزنم از اولش هم نتونستم مسکن بخورم به خاطر معدم با عوارضش سر کردم ولی شبا میزنم که بعدش سریع بخوابم اینطوری تحملش راحتتره

سینووکس هم عوارض خودشو داره،مثل بدن درد شبیه آنفولانزا بعد از تزریق البته با یه استامینوفن 500 حل میشه.

بستگی داره ، همه عوارضشون یکی نیست.
سینووکس هم برای من تا حدودی سردرد میاره که با یه قرص میشه جلوشو گرفت.
بعضیا هیچ عوارضی ندارن ، بعضیا هم خیلی مشکل دارن.

عوارض جانبی داروی سینووکس چیست؟

علائم شبه آنفلوانزا:

این علائم شامل سردرد، ضعف، درد، تب، لرز و تعریق می باشد. این علائم معمولا تا یک روز پس از تزریق باقی می مانند. می توانید با تزریق سینووکس در هنگام خواب و مصرف کاهنده های درد و تب، این علائم را کنترل کنید. در بیشتر بیماران این علائم با گذشت زمان کمتر شده یا از بین می روند. اگر این علائم بیشتر از چند ماه اول تزریق طول کشید یا کنترل کردن آنها مشکل بود، پزشک خود را مطلع سازید.

افسردگی:

تعدادی از بیمارانی که اینترفرون مصرف می کنند، به شدت افسرده یا مضطرب می شوند. اگر احساس ناراحتی یا ناامیدی دارید با یکی از دوستان یا اعضا خانواده خود صحبت کرده و پزشک خود را بلافاصله مطلع سازید. ممکن است پزشک از شما بخواهد که مصرف سینووکس را متوقف سازید و یا دارویی برای درمان افسردگی مصرف کنید.

احساس سبکسری خواب آلودگی:

احساس سبکسری خواب آلودگی، تاری دید یا تغییر در نحوه تفکر. تا زمانی که از تاثیر این دارو بر خود مطلع نشده اید، از انجام رانندگی یا فعالیتهایی که به هوشیاری کامل یا دید دقیق نیاز دارند، خودداری کنید.

تهوع یا استفراغ:

استفاده از غذاهای با حجم کم، شستشوی مرتب دهان، مکیدن آبنباتهای بدون شکر یا جویدن آدامس بدون قند می تواند کمک کننده باشد.

تغییر دید:

یکی دیگر از عوارض مصرف داروی سینووکس تغییر دید می باشد.

مشکلات خونی:

کاهش در سطح سلولهای سفید، سلولهای قرمز یا سلولهایی که در تشکیل لخته خون شرکت می کنند، ممکن است اتفاق بیفتد. اگر افت این سلولها شدید باشد، ممکن است توانایی شما برای مبارزه با عفونت کاهش پیدا کرده، احساس خستگی شدید یا گیجی کرده یا براحتی دچار خونریزی شوید. به همین دلیل پزشک به صورت دوره ای خون شما را آزمایش میکند. از تماس با افراد دچار عفونت یا سرماخوردگی خودداری کنید.

تشنج:

اگر در زمان مصرف سینووکس دچار تشنج شدید، بلافاصله به پزشک خود اطلاع دهید.

مشکلات قلبی:

تعدادی از علائم مشکلات قلبی شامل تورم مچ پا، تنگی نفس، کاهش توانایی فعالیت، ضربان قلب سریع، سنگینی در قفسه سینه، افزایش نیاز به دفع ادرار بویژه در شب و عدم توانایی خوابیدن به پشت (تخت خوابیدن) می باشد. اگر در هنگام مصرف سینووکس دچار یکی از این مشکلات یا موارد دیگر قلبی شدید بلافاصله با پزشک خود تماس بگیرید.

ایجاد حساسیت های پوستی:

حساسیت و قرمزی در محلی که تزریق انجام می شود.

آسیب کبدی:

آسیب کبدی نیز ممکن است به ندرت اتفاق بیفتد. اگر علامتی از تغییر کارکرد کبد مانند زردی پوست، زردی قسمت سفید چشم یا کبودی پوست را مشاهده کردید، بلافاصله با پزشک خود تماس بگیرید.

مشکلات تیروئید:

مشکلات تیروئید نیز ممکن است در تعدادی از بیماران اتفاق بیفتد. از نشانه های این اختلال می توان به احساس سرما یا گرمای مداوم، افزایش یا کاهش وزن بدون تغییر در رژیم غذایی و میزان فعالیت یا تغییر احساسات اشاره کرد.

عوارض دارو واسه همه یه جور نیس...Huh
اینجا خونده بودم خارش از علایم حمله یا داروهای اینتر و بتافرونه..دکترم تشخیص داد مال استفاده از یه داروی دیگه بوده!!!badtaste
استرسی که بهم وارد شد از خارش همه بدنم بدتر بود...angry
کبودی دست وپا واسه کم خونیم هس..تا با دکترتون مشورت نکردید از چیزی نترسین!!happy0065.gif

این عوارضا رو توی همه بروشورا مینویسن بیشتر داروها رو که میبینیم یه سری عوارض براش مینویسن .ولی کو ؟؟ کی دچارش میشه ؟
تو دفترچه سینووکس خودش همه عوارض احتمالی رو نوشته. ولی فقط باعث ترس میشه ، من اولین بار وقتی خوندم از ترسم تا دوماه تزریق نکردم !!
سردرد ممکنه از میگرن باشه ولی تزریق اونو بدتر کنه یا محرکش باشه.
