یه وقتایی تنهایی نه تنها برامون بد نیست بلکه یه نیاز یه که باعث رشد میشه و باید تجربه بشه ولی یه وقتایی این تنهایی ممکنه منجر به افسردگی و انزوای انسان بشه و برای او حکم یه سم قوی رو داره که باعث نابودی او میشود.

دانشمندان دانشگاه‌های هاروارد ، شیکاگو و کالیفرنیا کشف کردند که افراد تنها تمایل دارند دیدگاه خود در مورد زندگی به دیگران منتقل کنند و به این ترتیب دیگران را نیز به این احساس دچار کنند.

تحقیقات این دانشمندان نشان می‌دهد افراد تنها در جامعه احساس تنهایی خود را به دیگر دوستان خود منتقل می‌کنند و بعد از مدتی دوستان آنان نیز تنها می‌شوند.یکی از دلایل این امر آن است که افراد تنها ارتباط کم‌تری با دیگران دارند واین باعث می‌شود دوستان آن‌ها نیز بعد از مدتی احساس تنهایی کنند.

دکتر جان کاسیپو محقق دپارتمان روانشاسی دانشگاه شیکاگو در این باره گفت : ما الگوی شگفت انگیزی را در مورد احساس تنهای کشف کردیم که باعث می‌شود افراد تنها به مرور زمان دوستان خود را نیز به این حس مبتلا کرده و از شبکه‌های اجتماعی دور کنند.

تنهایی می‌تواند منجر به بیماری‌های مختلف ذهنی و روحی شود که در نهایت باعث کوتاه شدن طول عمر انسان‌ها می‌شود و به همین دلیل مردم باید سریعا این حس را شناسایی کنند و به افراد تنها کمک کنند با دیگر افراد گروه ارتباط برقرار کنند تا این حس آن‌ها به دیگران منتقل نشود.

برای بررسی این موضوع دانشمندان تحقیقی را روی 5 هزار نفر که در شهر ماساچوست زندگی می‌کردند انجام دادند.در این تحقیقی آن‌ها نمودارهایی از رابطه‌های دوستی افراد تشکیل دادند .تحقیقات آن‌ها نشان داد افرادی که احساس تنهایی می‌کنند می‌توانند احساس خود را مانند یک بیماری مسری به دیگر دوستان خود منتقل کنند و به این ترتیب ارتباطات اجتماعی آن‌ها را نیز دستخوش تغییرات منفی قرار دهند.

این تحقیق هم‌چنین نشان داد افرادی که تنها هستند می‌توانند احساسات منفی خود را به همسایگان خود نیز منتقل کنند.

دکتر کاسیپو در این مورد گفت : افراد تنها اعتماد خود نسبت به دیگران را از دست می‌دهند و به همین دلیل سخت‌تر می‌توانند دوستی پیدا کنند به همین دلیل آن‌ها به آرامی از چرخه اجتماعی به کنار گذاشته می‌شوند.

گاهی انسان نیاز به تنهایی داره. چون دوست داره در خلوت خودش به مسائل شخصی و مشکلاتش فکر کنه. اما واقعیت اینکه تنهایی و هر چیز دیگه در حد اعتدال خوبه.
