من بعضی اوقات مسواک میزنم دوباره فکر میکنم مسواک زدم یا نه میرم دوباره میزنم N_aggressive (35) دندونامم تمیزتر میشه Smile (16)

ولی آی بهتر از بقیه مغزم کار میکنه میدونم دیروز پارسال 4 سالگیم و ........ چیکار کردم کجا بودم ولی به یکی که میگم مثلا یه هفته پیش فلان فیلم رو دیدی میگه فیلم کدوم فیلم هر چی براش توضیح میدم مغزش کار نمیکنه angry3 عصبیم میکنه بعدشم تازه میگن ام اسیا اینطور ام اسیا اینطور fighting0030.gif خودت و خودتون مشکل دارین وگرنه من نه حافظم کم شده نه چیزیو یادم میرهاینقد ریز بین هستم که بدونم چی کار میکنم چی میگذره دور ورم icon_biggrin

بچه ها استفاده از کندر خیلی میتونه کمکتون بکنه.
خود کندر مزش تلخه ولی شرکت دارویی گل دارو به صورت کپسول با نام تجاری ممورال عرضه می کنه.

من که حافظم افتضاحه یه بار سرکار داشتم یه فرمی رو که روزانه اونو پر میکردم هرچقدر فکر کردم یادم نمیومد که چیه جوری باید بنویسمش اینقدر عصبی شدم مه زدم زیر گریه angrysad

سلام .من خیلی وقتها از خانه که بیرون میام هی با خودم میگم یه چیزی یادم رفته بعد از دو ساعت زمانی که دیگه فایده نداره یادم میاد !ولی به نظر من همش تقصیر ام اس نیست مشغله هامون زیاد شده من خودم با یک دست ده تا هندونه میگیرم ..........خوب آدم قاطی میکنه دیگه ......Confused

من مشكل شديد اختلال حافظه داشتم طوري كه كم مونده بود از تحصيل انصراف بدم اما با يك قرص حل شد و الان خيلي حافظه ام قوي يه و مشكلي ندارم!

درمانی موثر برای ضعف حافظه

تحقیقات جدید در آمریکا ثابت کرد که مصرف مواد غذایی حاوی اسیدهای چرب امگا 3، راه درمانی موثر برای مشکلات ضعف حافظه است.

به گزارش سلامت نیوز به نقل ازفارس، این تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد کمبود سطح اسیدهای چرب امگا 3 در خون باعث بروز مشکل ضعف حافظه و پس رفت آن می‌شود.

بر اساس این تحقیقات، مصرف غذاهای حاوی امگا 3 حافظه را تقویت و از ابتلا به پیری و کوچک شدن مغز که به علت کمبود امگا 3 ایجاد می‌شود، پیشگیری می‌کند.

پژوهشگران دانشگاه کالیفرنیا در شهر لس آنجلس در تحقیقات خود 1575 فرد با میانگین سنی 67 سال را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار دادند و عملکرد مغزی آنها را به همراه سطح امگا 3 موجود در گلبولهای قرمز محاسبه کرده و بررسی‌های زیادی روی آنها انجام دادند.

نتایج تحقیقات نشان داد: حجم مغز افرادی که میزان امگا 3 آنها کم بود، نسبت به افرادی که به میزان معمول امگا 3 داشتند، کوچکتر بود و عملکرد حافظه و مهارتهای فکری آنها تا حد زیادی پایین آمده بود.

تحقیقات پزشکی دیگری نیز نشان ‌دادد: مصرف روغن ماهی به همراه امگا 3 در دوره بارداری کودک را از حملات آسمی بعد از تولد محافظت می‌کند.

بر اساس این تحقیقات، مصرف روغن زیتون و ماده امگا 3 همچنین کودکان را از ابتلا به آلرژی غذایی به ویژه حساسیت به تخم مرغ در امان نگه می‌دارد.

پژوهشگران همچنین بر اساس تحقیقات خود دریافته‌اند مرگ و میر در میان بیمارانی که از روغن ماهی استفاده می‌کنند 30 درصد کمتر از کسانی است که آن را مصرف نمی‌کنند.

همچنین بر اساس تحقیقات، مصرف روزانه 28 گرم ماهی 40 درصد بیماری‌های عروق کرونر را که به قلب خونرسانی می‌کنند و 50 درصد سکته های قلبی را کاهش می‌دهد.

در همین حال، گروهی از پژوهشگران آمریکایی اعلام کرده‌اند که با استفاده از اسیدهای چرب امگا 3 موجود در روغن ماهی، به طور اصولی طی آزمایشهای اولیه موفق شده‌اند، اختلالات روانی را درمان کنند.

ماهی‌ها به ویژه ساردین، سالمون و تن و آجیل‌ها به ویژه گردو و تخم مرغ از منابع سرشار امگا 3 هستند.
