دوستان همه چیزایی که گفته بودین رو خوندم من همشو تجربه کردم وکاملا درکتون میکنم الان چند ماهه که بهترم شاید به خاطر فروکش کردن بیماریم باشه دارو هم از دکتر ارولوژ زیاد گرفتم اما فایده نکرد تا بادارو های پزشک مغز واعصاب خوب شدم

من هم این مشکل را داشتم و دکترم قرص اکسی بوتينين تجویز کرد و خدا را شکر مشکلم خیلی بهتر شد البته حتماً با مشورت پزشک و تجویز پزشکتون از هر گونه داروئی استفاده کنید

شکل دارويی : قرص 5 ميلی گرمی
بسته بندی :
بسته های 100 تايی،10 بسته هر يک حاوی 10 قرص
شرکت پخش : البرز،قاسم،رازی،فردوس،مکتاف
اطلاعات دارويی :
1- دسته دارويی : ضد اسپاسم (در مجاری ادرار)
2- موارد مصرف :
اکسی بوتينين برای برطرف ساختن حالاتی از قبيل تکرر ادرار، احساس دفع فوری ادرار، بی اختياری در دفع ادرار و شب ادراری، در بيماران مبتلا به انقباضات نوروژنيک مهار نشده مثانه و بيماران مبتلا به بازتاب نوروژنيک مثانه، تجويز می گردد.
3- شرايط نگهداری :
در دمای اتاق ( 30-15 ) درجه سانتيگراد در ظرف سر بسته و مقاوم به نور نگهداری شود.

اخطار در مورد داروی اٌکسی بوتینین ( Oxybutynin )



داروی اکسی بوتی نین سالهاست که در درمان برخی مشکلات ادراری در بیماری ام اس (و سایر بیماریها) مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و خوشبختانه در صورت مصرف درست و بجا عارضه مهمی با آن دیده نشده است . در چند ماه اخیر سازمان غذا و داروی امریکا(FDA) در مورد یک عارضه نادر ولی مهم پس از مصرف این دارو اخطار کرده است . این عارضه که با عنوان علمی " آنژیو ادم" شناخته میشود عبارتست از تورم لب ها ، صورت ، حلق زبان و حنجره ، این واکنش که مشابه واکنش های آلرژیک می باشد، ممکن است پس از مصرف اولین دوز دارو و یا پس از مدتی استفاده روی دهد . بنابراین ضروری است هر فردی که یکی از این علائم را تجربه کند، دارو را قطع نماید و به پزشک مراجعه کند .

قبلا در یکی دیگه از این تاپیکها گفتم
الان هم میگم که من با همیوپاتی تونستم ادرارم رو کنترل کنم و اکسی بوتینین رو قطع کردم
گاهی با یک اکسی بوتینین در روز باز هم اذیت میشدم

مشکل من بااکسی بوتینین موقتی خوب شد ولی دوباره عود کرده بود نهایتا با داروهای آرام بخش بی اختیاری 3ساله ام درمان شد...............agreement2

فکرکنم این مشکل اکثر دوستان است.جدیدا دکتربرام یک قرص تجویز کرده اما هنوز امتحانش نکردم.confused2

تقریبا تمام راه ها و درمان هایی که در مورد این مشکلم برام تجویز شده بود رو انجام دادم اما اثری مثبت ندیدم
دکتر فیزیوتراپم میگفت یک نوع دستگاه خاص هست که برای کنترل عضلات اطراف مثانه مفید هست ولی هنوز در خوزستان وارد نشده و تهران دارنش
کاش میشد بدونم اون دستگاه دقیقا چی هست و کجاست شاید اینو هم امتحان کنم
اونقدری امروز عصبی شدم بابت این مشکل لعنتیم که کم مونده بود توی خیابون بزنم زیر گریه
تا حالا هیچ دارویی حتی اونایی که توی سایت اسمشون رو دیدم و هر دو پزشکام از همونا برام تجویز کرده برام مفید واقع نشدن
احساس می کنم داروهای موجود بیشتر برای تکرر ادرار هستن و نه بی اختیاری
علت بی اختیاریه من پلاکای گردن و نخاعم هستن و فکر می کنم همینه که داروها برام تا الان جواب ندادن

من از شهرستانها خبر ندارم. اما مطمئنم به غیر از تهران توی شهرستانها هم هست. چون توی کنگره ها دیدم که فیزیوتراپیستها از شهرستان توی کارگاهها شرکت می کنن و آموزش می بینن یا دستگاههاشو خریداری می کنن. من خودم زیاد تخصصی در این زمینه ندارم ولی میدونم توی بیمارستان فیروزگر تهران بخش فیزیوتراپی به طور تخصصی در این زمینه کار میکنه. اگر گذرت افتاد حداقل یک جلسه برو و یک مشاوره ازشون بگیر. حداقلش اینه که می تونی تمرین ها رو به صورت حضوری ازشون یاد بگیری... ایشالله که حل میشه مشکلت. پلاکهای نخاع هم میتونن به مرور نا حدی ترمیم بشن. ایشالله که خوب خوب بشی دوستم...

من چند ماه پیش توی بهترین مرکز فیزیوتراپی در اهواز یه دوره تقریبا یک ماهه طی ده جلسه رو برای مشکل پام البته، رفتم و تا حدی برای پام خوب بود اما نه کاملا. اتفاقا در مورد همین دستگاه فیزیوتراپیستم بهم گفت که قراره ازش خریداری کنن و بیارن اما نمی دونم چه وقت

ایشالله که زود میارن. عزیزم من خیلی تخصصی ندارم در مورد این دستگاهها همونطور که گفتم. سعی میکنم بپرسم راجع بهش و اگر شد اینجا توضیح بدم برای همه که دقیقا چیکار میکنه. ولی هر چی هم که باشن به نظرم ورزشهای کگل هم میتونه تا حد زیادی همون کمک رو بکنه. بازم اگر قبل از اومدن دستگاه گذرت به جایی که درست بلدش هستن افتاد حتما ازشون اموزش بگیر که انجامشون بدی... حتی اگر دستگاه هم اومد و برات استفاده کردن بازم انجام این تمرینها کنارش مهمه... زود خوب میشی دوست جون... نگران نباش... ایشالله اونقدر زود خوب بشه که احتیاجی به دستگاه نباشه اصلا

یه کشف جدید در مورد خودم
بی اختیاریم با سیپروفلوکساسین تقریبا رفع شده. یعنی یکی دو هفته ی اخیر چیزی حس نکردم در مورد بی اختیاری
سیپروفلوکساسین برا عفونتای ادارای معمولا تجویز میشه. پس گویا من یه عفونته نسبتا دائم دارم. نمی دونم. شاید چون هم مغز وهم گردن و هم نخاعم پلاکی هستن.
فعلا مشکلم کنترل شده است
اشاره هم کنم زیر نظر پزشک این دارو مصرف بشود.
