امیدوارم خوووب باشید...
1سوال داشتم:
راستش الان 3 هفته است من تزریقمو (سینووکس) از طرف چپ میکنم.....
هر بار فراموش میکنم دفعه ی قبل از کدوم طرف بودهconfused
از هفته ی پیش پای چپم گرفته بود و خیلی اذییت میکرد......
اما من بیخیال بودم........
دیروز که تزریق کردم دیگه کلا پای سمت چپم گرفته............
یعنی الان 3 هفته است از طرف چپ تزریق سینووکس دارم.....
پای سمت چپم خیلی اذییت میکنه به نظرتون چیکار کنم؟sad2
ممنونم از راهنماییتون..........

شیرین جون منم اتفاقا همچین مشکله تورو داشتم از دکترم پرسیدم گفت مانعی نداره که هر بار یه جا بزنی ولی باید گردشی باشه به خاطره همین موضوع که عضلات نگیرن....

راه حلش اینو گفت:
ورزشش بده و حوله گرم بزار ...... و فعلا از بازوهات کمک بگیر تا پای چپت خوب شه.....

يه مدت مجبوری ازونور تزريق نکنی ولی واسه اینکه يادت نره چون منم این مشکلو داشتم زوج و فردش کن,تو هر بسته امپول,ش فرد طرف چپ ش زوج طرف راست اينجوری اصلا يادت نميرهwink2

میتونی به بازوهات هم تزریق کنی .البته برای خود من خوشبختانه کبودی یا درد درمحل تزریق نداره فقط یه 10 الی 12 ساعت درد عمومی داره .ولی چرخشی باشه بهتره .برای فراموشی هم میتونی یه جای کوچک گوشه تقویمت بصورت مخفف یاد داشت کنی.....

منم یادم میره دفعه پیش کدوم طرف زدم ، ولی چطور زوج و فرد کنیم نازی جون ؟
وقتی یه جعبه 4 تایی داری و دفعه پیش یادت نیس کدوم طرف زدی ، چطور بفهمیم کدوم رو برداریم ؟
مگه اینکه بنویسیم تاریخشو.

خب من مثلا اينطورم: ش فردا يعنی 1 و 3 تو هر جعبه ای ميشه طرف چپ و ش زوجا 2 و 4 ميشه راست اینکه ببينی چندمين آمپوله يه جعبرو داری مصرف ميکنی آسونتر از حفظ کردنه که هفته پيش کدوم طرف بودSmile

من توی دفترچه یه جدول میکشم و مینویسم تاریخ ساعت تزریق روز و طرف تزریق رو
برا همین یادم نمیره هیچوقت چون بار بعدی میخوام اینها رو پر کنم نوشتم مثلا چپ ساعت 7 مثلا روز چهارشنبه
هفته بعد مثلا ساعت 6.30 روز سه شنبه طرف راست و ....

راستش الان 3 هفته است من تزریقمو (سینووکس) از طرف چپ میکنم.....
هر بار فراموش میکنم دفعه ی قبل از کدوم طرف بودهconfused
از هفته ی پیش پای چپم گرفته بود و خیلی اذییت میکرد......
اما من بیخیال بودم........
دیروز که تزریق کردم دیگه کلا پای سمت چپم گرفته............
یعنی الان 3 هفته است از طرف چپ تزریق سینووکس دارم.....
پای سمت چپم خیلی اذییت میکنه به نظرتون چیکار کنم؟sad2
ممنونم از راهنماییتون..........

سلام شیرین جان!

این که کار نداره . پشت بسته های سینووکس رو که میشه نوشت با خودکار از همون اول مشخص کن و پشتشون بنویس 1.چپ 2. راست 3. چپ 4. راست.
اینطوری هم شماره داره و هم مشخصه به ترتیب شماره جای تزریق هم عوض میشه.
میتونی از عضله ی ران هم برای تزریق استفاده کنی و اگر کمی تپل هستی از بازوها.

هیچ وقت نباید تو دوهفته متوالی در یک محل تزریق کرد.این کار باعث سفت شدن عضلات میشه.
