وراثت ، ALS و من ! - nimi - 2011/12/15

سلام عزیزان

من پدرم از ALS مرد و زندگی و مرگ خیلی وحشتناکی داشت ، میخواستم بدونم احتمال اینکه من هم ALS بگیرم چقدره .. من که تا تشخیص برام بیاد خودمو خلاص میکنم . نمیخوام به اون وضعیت اسفناک زندگی کنم و بمیرم و اطرافیان ام را آزار بدم ..

من خیلی در مورد این بیمارها تحقیق کردم .. پدر من از کودکی آلومنیوم MG مصرف میکرد ( هم به صورت شربت هم قرص ) و طبق تحقیقات من کسانی که این دارو را زیاد مصرف کردند به این مریضی دچار شدند من چند نمونه دیدم که دقیقا این دارو رو مصرف میکردن و دچار همچین بیماری هایی شدن ..

اون که جایی برای سوال نداره یه بنده خدایه که شوهراش ALS گرفته سایت زده .. اطلاعات من راجب ALS خیلی بیشتره منتهی ما رو گیج کردن ما آخر نفهمیدم ارثی هست یا نه .. که سیانور و آماده کنم .. شوخی میکنم ممکنه برای هرکسی پیش بیاد ولی خیلی در زندگی آدم تاثیر داره .. از لحاظ ازدواج و بچه و اینها .. اینجوری آدم تکلیف اش روشنه که % ریسک چقدره .. چون واقعا بیماری وحشت ناکی است .. نمیشه تست ژنتیک داد و دید ؟

Als هم مثل ام اس هنوز كسي دقيق نتونسته بكه كه زنتيك جقدر تاثير داره.ولي اينو ميشه به يقين كفت كه درصد زيادي نيست.بهترين كار اينه كه اكه علاعمي تو خودتون احساس ميكنين يا حتي احساس نميكنين به يه متخصص مراجعه كنيد شايد اينطور باسخ سوالهاتون رو مطمعن تر بكيريد.
مي دونم خيلي بيماري سختي ولي نكران نباشيد بيمار بودن بدرتون دليل بر اين نيست كه شما هم حتما بيمار خواهيد بود.متاسفانه تست زنتيك هم وجود نداره.ولي شايد يه راههايي واسه تشخيص زود باشه كه ما نميدونيم بهترين كار مشورت با متخصص.

پدرم 52 سال اش بود و اون موقع اصلا کسی نفهمید که این چه بیماریه .. یه دکتری که از آمریکا آمده بود تشخیص داد و پدر من هم 2 سال بعد مرد .. زندگی و مرگ وحشتناک از انگشتهای پاش شروع شد به فلج شدن تا اینکه دیگه حرف هم نتونست بزنده و آخرش هم ایست قلبی .. واقعا وحشتناک بود

من هیچ علائمی ندارم مشکلی هم ندارم ولی میترسم که سراغ ما هم بیاد ، البته ترسی هم ندارم برای خودم ولی دلم به حال زن و بچه و اینها میسوزه که اگه من مردم اونها چی میشن

در ضمن من حداکثر 9 ماه یکبار چک آپ کامل میرم و کاملا سالم هستیم فعلا .. تا بعد این ALS بیاد sad

چون خیلی از کاربرها من جمله خودم فقط اسم als رو شنیدن و نمیتونن راهنماییتون کننن

دوست عزیز اگه شما انقد از این بیماری بترسید و مدام نگران این موضوع باشید که نکنه در آینده بهش مبتلا شید نه تنها دارید لذت زندگی در
حال حاضرو با این فکرای ازار دهنده از دست میدید بلکه خدایی نکرده خودتونو دستی دستی بیمار میکنید ارامش اعصاب تو این جور بیماریا حرف اولو می زنه پس به خدا توکل کنیدو زیاد بهش فکر نکنید ایشالا که هیچ وقت براتون مشکلی پیش نمیادSmile
