سلام دوستان
الان حدود دو هفته هست که بشدت وقتی میخوام حرکت کنم پاهام دچار اسپاسم میشن و در آنه واحد قفل میشنangry3
چندین ساله که از باکلوفن استفاده میکنم
یعنی ممکنه دیگه تاثیری نداشته باشه
تازه اگرم پالس بگیرم یکی از عوارض بعدش همین اسپاسمه
لطفا بگید شما هم اینطوری بودین؟ چکار کردین؟

من یه مدت اینجوری بودم شبا نرمش میکردم خیلی بهم کمک میکرد البته اولش بدتر شد بعد کم کم خیلی خوب شد

من هم با این وضعیت درگیر هستم البته زمانی که فعالیتم زیاد هستش یا خیلی عصبی هستم بیشتر احساس میکنم و راهی برای رفع این مشکل پیدا نکردم.

منم این مشکلو دارم و دکترم یهم قرص تیزانیدین داده که روزی سه تا میخورم که خیلی بهتر شدم فقط عیبی که این قرصها برای من دارند اینه که بعد از خوردنشون خوابم میگیره ولی بعد از یه استراحت مختصر خیلی خوب میشم .
باید با دکترت مشورت کنی.

من سالها اسپاسم عضلات راست کننده پاها را داشتم نرمشهای کششی و یخ درمانی در کاهش این اسپاسم موثره باکلوفن هم زیاد خوردم. این اسپاسم خودش باعث ایستادن میشه و از این نظر خوبه .
حالا محل اسپاسم پاهای من عوض شده یکساله که عضلات خم کننده پاهام دچار اسپاسم شدن در این حالت نمی تونم سرپا وایستم angry3angry3

baran1390 جان من هم زمانی که سینووکس می زدم برادو هفته اینطوری می شدم ولی
از وقتی بتا رو شروع کردم دیگه هیچ علائمی از این قبیل نداشتم.icon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrin
ان شا الله هرچه زودتر خوب میشه .
زیاد روش حساس نشو.در ضمن قرص کلسیم و مالتی ویتامین حتما حتما بصورت روزانه مصرف بکن.love51love51

منم اسپاسم دارم پای سمت چپیم ولی فقط چند ساعتی میگیره و بعد ول میکنه Smile (16) خب اینم از مرحمت خاص بودنه ام اسه که من باهاش مشکلی ندارم خدا رو شکر love28
