چه كسي بايد شرمنده باشد؟ .

جام جم آنلاين: به سختي خودش را از تاكسي بيرون مي‌كشد، دو نفر پياده مي‌شوند تا به او كمك كنند، زيرچشمي نگاهشان مي‌كند: «ببخشيد، شرمنده‌ام، باعث زحمت شدم...».


با گفتن اين جمله‌ها روي ويلچيرش مي‌نشيند، و با قدرت چرخ‌ها را مي‌گرداند، مي‌خواهد به پياده‌رو برود، از پل خبري نيست، چرخ را مي‌چرخاند، در عرض خيابان به جلو مي‌راند، سربالايي خيابان به بازوهايش فشار مي‌آورد، به پل مي‌رسد، عرض پل بسيار باريك است، ويلچر عبور نمي‌كند، طول خيابان را بالا مي‌راند تا به پل بعدي برسد، بخشي از پل آهني نياز به تعمير دارد، يكي از چرخ‌هاي ويلچير داخل ميله‌هاي شكسته پل گير مي‌كند، چند نفر مي‌بينند به كمكش مي‌آيند «ببخشيد، شرمنده‌ام، باعث زحمت شدم...»


حالا به پياده‌رو رسيده، مقابل در ورودي ساختمان، پنج پله انتظارش را مي‌كشند، تقلا مي‌كند تا از پله‌ها بالا مي‌رود، اما چرخ‌هاي بزرگ ويلچير طاقت فشار را ندارد، نزديك است واژگون شود، دو عابر سر مي‌رسند و دو سمت ويلچرش را مي‌گيرند او را بالا مي‌برند «شرمنده‌ام، ببخشيد باعث زحمت شدم...» و داخل ساختمان بايد به طبقه دوم برود و....


تردد معلولان درسطح شهر قصه پرغصه‌اي است كه در لابه‌لاي وعده‌هاي مديران شهري گم شده است. روز معلولان كه سر مي‌رسد خيلي‌ها كف مي‌زنند و هورا مي‌كشند و از اجراي حمايت‌هاي مالي و معنوي مي‌گويند، اما هميشه پاي حمايت از معلولان مي‌لنگد.


هر سال از مناسب سازي فضاي شهري براي معلولان از نابينايان گرفته تا ناشنوايان و معلولان جسمي ـ حركتي خبرهايي مي‌رسد، اما شهرها وسيع‌تر از آن هستند كه اصلاح چند كوچه و خيابان دردي از معلولان دوا كند.


پياده‌روهاي نا امن و سنگلاخي، نبود پل‌هاي ايمن، وجود مانع و نيز نبود وسايل حمل‌ونقل ويژه معلولان بسياري از آنها را با وجود داشتن استعداد تعامل اجتماعي منزوي كرده است.


در بسياري از كشورها براي عبور و مرور راحت معلولان، چراغ‌هاي راهنمايي مخصوص تعبيه شده و كليد اين چراغ‌ها در ارتفاعي نصب شده كه معلول بتواند براحتي آن را از روي صندلي چرخدار كنترل كرده و با امنيت از عرض خيابان بگذرد، همچنين وجود علائم برجسته در ابتداي خط‌كشي خيابان‌ها، ايستگاه اتوبوس، پارك‌ها و اماكن عمومي مي‌تواند تا حدود زيادي نابينايان را راهنمايي و كمك كند، اما در ايران گويا حقوق معلولان در همايش‌ها و مراسم نمادين در روزي مثل امروز كه روز معلول نامگذاري شده است، خلاصه مي‌شود تا فردا كه حقوق معلولان و وعده‌هاي مسوولان از سهميه استخدام در مراكز دولتي تا رفاه وامنيت تردد در شهرها فراموش شود.

روز معلولان مبارک !
کاش هیچ روزی به نام هیچ جمعیتی نبود ولی برایشان کار میشد.
درد آور است که کم توانان و ناتوانان حرکتی اصلا به حساب نیامده اند.

حتی در مورد چپ دستها هم مدتی طول کشید تا بفهمن باید آمارشون رو بگیرن که زمان آزمونهای مدارس و کنکور دانشگاهها ، جای ویژه ای بهشون بدن.
وقتی مسؤولان ، ملاحظه نکنن ، انقد باید گفته بشه تا بفهمن.

خوب واسه همین چیزهاست که من چندان تمایلی به بیرون رفتن ندارم.2 سال قبل داشتم با عصا از خیابون رد می شدم.یک مسافر کش با سرعت اومد و بوق زد که تو رد نشو من می خوام ردشم.من هم بهش راه دادم.بعد یک دختر جوونی اومد و برا وایستاد تا رد شم.و من هم رد شدم.اگه به معابر و گذرگاها نگاه کنید.حتی برا افرادی که با عصا راه میرن سخت هست.چه برسه به ویلچر.البته همه اینها در حالی هست که به طور حدودی از هر 1500 نفر ایرانی یک نفر ام اس داره که تازه کمش هست.چند برابر ام اسیها معلولان حوادث و مجروحان جنگی هستن و نابینایان. وقتی می خوان کارت رو تمدید کنن میگن خودت باید بیای.من هم به کسی که رفته بود گفتم:بهش بگو اگه می آد خونه که هیچ اگه نمی آد من اصلا دارو نمی خوام.تازه این شخص که می خواست منو ببینه ناسلامتی دکتر بود.وای به حال آدمهای عادی!

مقاله قشنگی بود. موضوع دردآوری که زیبا به تصویر کشیده شده بود. به نظرم کسانی باید در راس این امور قرار بگیرند که خودشون تجربه ای از معلولیت را داشته باشند.

نهاد و سازمان خاصی هست برای امور معلولان ؟ حتما یه قسمتی توی بهزیستیه.
ولی مناسب سازی اماکن با شهرداریه .خیلی نقصها به خاطر مستقل کار کردن و ارتباط نداشتن ادارات و ... با هم هست.هر کی برای خودش کار می کنه .

داشتم فک میکردم به اینکه فضاهای شهری ما ، گذرگاه هامون ، پیاده روهامون ، پارکهامون ، ساختمونامون و ... حتی برای یه شهروند سالم عادی هم مناسب نیستند
توی پیاده رو که راه میری مرتب باید بالا پایین شی و از این چاله بیوفتی تو اون چاله
بدلیل اختلاف ارتفاع های پی در پی پیاده رو ها مرتب به زانوت فشار بیاری و بالا پایین شی
چتی توی پارکها و فضاهای آزاد اگر بخوای بدوی باید است باشه پات توی پاله ها و ناهمواری های مسیر گیر نکنه و خدای نکرده یه وقت نشکنه و بلایی سرت نیاد
دیگه چه برسه به معلولین ....
