بچه ها ممنونتون میشم که ازمون طرفداری نکنید .
اجازه بدید بهار بیاد مشکل رو کامل بگه ، شاید مشکل از ما باشه .

اگه مشکل از ما باشه که مشکل رو برطرف میکنید و اگر هم مشکل از ما نباشه به بهار راه کارهایی رو پیشنهاد میدیم که راحت تر باشه .

من ناپیک دادم رویاتون برای آینده چیست؟
قبلش سرچ کردم چیزی با این عنوان نداد
گذاشتم دوستان گفتن تکراریست وبستن توذوقم خورد
به ابن نتیجه رسیدم قبل گذاشتن تاپیک به مدیرپیام بدم بپرسم
من ارشد مدیریت میخونم
وهیچ جامدیریت نمیشه

هميشه به اين معتقديم كه انتقاد باعث پيشرفت ميشه و امكان نداره تو يه مجموعه اي همه چي كامل باشه. بالاخره ضعف هايي هست و قطعا همه دوست داريم كه اين مشكلات كمترين بشه. اعضاي هيئت مديره بخصوص مديران سايت حميد و سيناي عزيز به شدت از اين انتقادات سازنده استقبال مي كنند و دوست دارند كه بچه ها اگه راهكاري براي بهتر شدن و روانتر شدن استفاده از سايت به نظرشون مي رسه بيان كنند.
بهار عزيز از متنش معلومه كه جستجو براش مشكل است. يه قول حميد واضح تر توضيح بده ميشه بيشتر بررسي كرد.
من خودم انتقاد شما رو وارد مي دونم و اينم مي گم كه از چندي پيش اين مسئله مرتب سازي مطرح شده ولي قبول كنيد كه با 3200 تاپيكي كه الان داريم كاري بسيار وقت گير و طاقت فرساست و با وجود درگيريهاي ذهني بچه ها تو اين دوران يكم ممكنه طول بكشه.
اگه خود شما مي تونين تو اين زمينه كمك كنين يا هر كدوم ديگه از دوستان مي تونين با حميد يا سينا كه مسئولين امور فني سايت هستند در تماس باشين و مطمئن باشين كه استقبال مي كنن از شما.

با همین استدلال فهمیدید ضعف مدیریتی وجود داره ؟
شما که ارشد مدیریت میخونید چرا فکر نمیکنید شاید مشکل از شما باشه ؟
بر روی گزینه جستجو در نوار منو کلیک کنید .
در صفحه باز شده میتونید یه کلمه کلیدی ( مثلا راجع به این موضوع "آینده") رو بنویسید .
فقط جستجوی عنوان ارسال ها را تیک دار کنید و بر روی جستجو کلیک کنید .

اون وقت متوجه میشید که ضعف مدیریتی وجود نداره یا حداقل در مورد این موضوع صدق نمیکنه

خب مشکل اساسی شما این هست که نحوه استفاده از جستجو رو به درستی آشنا نیستی
پیشنهاد میدم اول با امکانات سایت آشنا بشو بعد در اگه مشکلی بود گزارش بده
