ام اس و دندان پزشكي - pic - 2011/03/01

با سلام مي‌خواستم بدونم براي جراحي دندان سركردن دندان با آمپول و غيره براي بيماران MS ايجاد مشكل مي‌كند يا نه چون من شنيدم امكان داره كه سري براي هميشه يا مدت خيلي طولاني بماند.

به گمونم اينم از اون مقوله هاييه كه مردم خارج از گود در خصوص غولي بدبخت بي شاخ و دمي به نام ام اس ساختن
پيك جان سر كردن دندان ربطي به اون سريه دست و پاها كه گاهي واسه ام اسيا بوجود مياد نداره بعد از از بين رفتن اثر دارو همه چيز به حالت اوليه بر ميگرده از خود دكتر دندانپزشكت هم بپرس كه خيالت راحت بشه برو با خيال راحت فقط از ويز ويزه دستگاهاي دندانسازي بترس نه از اين حرفاي نامعلوم

عزیزم یه ام اسی همه کار میتونه انجام بده از هیچ کاری که یه بنی بشر میتونه انجام بده منع نشدهagreement2
نگران نباش خودت و تو حصار نزار واسه خاطر ام اس
در مورد دکتر هم چرا بهش نگی دیگه دکترا که محرم اصرارن از اونا نباید چیزی رو مخفی نگه داشت شاید یه چیزی رو که ما نمیدونیم اونا بدونن مثلا در مورد تداخل دارو و یه کاری کنن که به نفع ما باشه چون میگی لرزش داری بهتره علتش رو بدونه وبیشتر مراقب باشه در حین انجام عملیات خشنوت امیز دندانپزشکی:confused

شما باید به پزشکت بگی حتما ،چون دندان هم با عصب در ارتباط هست
همچنین بابت لرزشی که داری و اینکه زود خسته نشی معمولا یک شی پلاستیکی بصورت جک در دهان گذاشته میشود تا در حین کار مشکلی هم برای شما و هم برای دندان پزشک بوجود نیاد

من وقتی تازه تشخیص داده بودن رفتم دندانپزشکی تو پروندم همه چی نوشتم ، کورتون و... ولی تو قسمت هشدارها اصلا اینارو ننوشته بودن.
امسال که رفتم دیدم اون چیزایی که نوشته بودم چقدر بیخود بوده ، چقدر خندیدن بهم.منم همه رو پاک کردم.چون اون موقع که میدونستن ام اس دارم چه گلی به سرم زدن مگه ؟ اصلا توجه خاصی نکردن. فقط ممکنه دستیارای فضول منو به هم نشون داده باشن که این ام اس داره ها. بعید نیست. یا این که ممکنه دکتره برعکس توجه لازم رو به دندونام نکنه بگه این که ام اس داره اینم روش !
واسه همین فکرا بود که امسال موارو مربوط به ام اسم رو خط زدم . چه فرقی می کنه براشون ؟
البته اگه مطب میرفتم شاید فرق داشت ولی چون کلینیک میرم لازم نیست همه اون دستیارا بدونن.
اگه کسی مشکل قلبی و تنفس و حساسیت داشته باشه باید تو پرونده بنویسه وگرنه آمپول ماهم فکر نمیکنم مورد مهمی باشه.اگه بود مینوشت تو بروشورش.

با تشكر از همه دوستان
ام اسيها دندان كاشتني (ايمپلنت) ميتونند بذارند يا نه؟ چون استخوان فك بايد سوراخ شه و يك پيچ فلزي از جنس تيتانيوم داخل استخوان فك ميذارن كه بعد از چند ماه جوش ميخوره. براي ام اسيها مشكلي نداره؟ كسي دندانپزشك آشنا داره اين سوالو ازش بپرسه؟

روند فلج شدن در ام اس چطوريه ؟ يعني گزگز و خواب رفتن دست و پا و لرزش خيلي خفيف ناگهان تبديل به فلج شدن ميشه و يك عضو كاملا بيحركت ميشه يا اينكه مثلا يك قسمتي از يك عضو بيحس ميشه و ديگه حسش اصلا برنميگرده و همينطور ادامه پيدا ميكنه تا ديگه كلا بيحركت بشه؟

اگه خوب هستی فکر نی کنم که نیازی باشه.ولی اگه لرزش داری و و بدنت کرخت و ناراحت هست بگی بهتر هست.چون اون وقت با احتیاط بیشتری کار می کنن و برات بهتر هست.در مورد ایمپلنت با دکتر نورو لوژیست مشورت کن.اگه اون اجازه داد برو پیش دندانپزشک که این کارو برات بکنه.
