ورزش پیلاتس و ام اس - goli61 - 2011/02/28

سلام به همه دوستان گلم
می خواستم بدونم آیا کسی درباره تسمه الاستیک که برای کمک به حرکات کششی بیماران ام اس استفاده میشه چیزی میدونه؟
البته من شنیدم توی ایران نیست ولی گفتم شاید این وسط کسی اطلاعاتی داشته باشه.angel

تسمه لاستیک نشنیده بودم کاربردش دقیقا چی هست؟
یه زمانی که من فیزیوتراپی میکردم یک فنر به سقف اتاقم پیچ کردم که بهش یک پراچه مانند وصل بود برای حرکت پا حالا نمیدونم همون هست یا نه

من تو نت چیزی ندیدم (البته زیاد نگشتم)
ولی در مورد تمرین حرکات کششی این مقاله رو پیدا کردم :

طبق گفته پزشکم این تسمه وسیله ای الاستیکه که دور پاها انداخته میشه و بیمار میتونه با کشیدن اون حرکات بازتوانی رو خودش انجام بده.

شاید منظورشون وزنه های مچ پا بوده . که به دوره مچ بسته میشه و حرکات فزیوتراپی را انجام میدن

كلي جون فكر كنم اوني كه واسه ورزش بلاتس استفاده ميشه رو ميكي دقيقا مثل يه كش ميمونه منتها جنسش مثل بارجه است و عرض اش حدود يه وجب خيلي وسيله خوبي و كاربرد داره تو ايران هم هست عزيزم.

ابزاری که فرزانه خانم اشاره کردند و برای پیلاتس استفاده میشه اگر درست متوجه شده باشم این ها هستند
و اون چیزی که من گفتم تقریبا این بود(عکس سمته چپ) با این تفاوت که به سقف وصل بود و اون قسمت فنری بالا بود
