آیا ممکنه پلاک در mri مشخص نباشه؟ - samiraa - 2011/02/23

از مغز و گردن من چند بار mri انجام شده که در اولی مشکوک به پلاک بودم و در بعدی ها پلاک وجود نداشت
اما من دردها و علائم بالینی رو همچنان به قوت خودش دارم.
دکتر ها هم فقط قرص های ویتامین و امگا3 و آرامبخش تجویز می کنن برام.

حالا یه سوال برام پیش اومده
آیا ممکنه که پلاک در mri مشخص نباشه (مثلا اونقدر کوچیک باشه که هنوز نشه توی mriتشخیصش داد) یه جورایی شخص در شرف ابتلا به ms باشه ؟

بله . بنده 5 سال همین مشکل رو داشتم
توی ام ار ای مشخص نبود
تکلیف خودم هم روشن نبود

شما می گید علائم ودردهای بالینی مربوط به ام اس دارین
یعنی فکر می کنین این علائم فقط و فقط مخصوص بیماری ام اسه
50 تا بیماری دیگه براتون نام می برم که علائمش مثل ام اسه ولی ام اس نیست
بگرد دنبال یه مرکزی که دستگاه ام آر ای قوی و جدید داشته باشه و دومرتبه عکس بگیر
اگر چیزی مشاهده نشد خیالت راحت باشه که ام اس نداری
بعد برو دنبال اینکه ببینی این علائمی که می گی ناشی از چه اشکال دیگه ایه .
من فکر می کنم اگه تهران هستی ام آر ای ولیعصر . خیابان جردن . کوچه گلشن اگه اشتباه نکنم . مربوط به کمیته امداده . دستگاه خیلی خوب و قوی داره .
118 هم زنگ بزنی شماره اشو داره .

البته mri آخر با کنتراست(تزریق) بود....

پس چطوری قابل تشخیصه ؟ confused2

میدونم ممکنه نباشه ............ خوب ولی نباید مطمئن بشم که 100% نیست؟
3 بار تا به حال mri انجام دادم.......که آخری با تزریق بوده.

اين اتفاق افتاده كه تو ام ار آي چيزي نشون نده و ام اس وجود داشته باشه ولي درصدش خيلي كمه چون معمولا قويترين امكان تشخيص وجود همين پلاكاست
آقا مجتبي راست ميگه بهتره اون كاري و كه ميگه انجام بدي دوباره ام ار اي بگيري از يه جاي خيلي معتبر
البته راه هاي ديگه اي هم داره آزمايش چشم و ديگه اخر سر آب نخاع
اگه علائمات هم زيادي شبيه ام اس نيست و دكترت هم اصراري نداره به اين قضيه خوب خودت و اذيت نكن ايشالله كه ام اسي در كار نيست چرا ميخواي حتما ثابت كني ام اس داري
