با سلام به تمامی دوستان عزیزم
از اینکه با شما آشنا شدم بسیار خوشحالم
در این بخش سعی میکنم مطالب روانشناسی که براتون مفید باشه رو بنویسم

نغمه جون من مشكل جسماني ندارم ( خداروشكر)
اما از نظر روحي خيلي افسردم( نه هميشه اما الان درحال حاضر هستم)
پيش دكترم رفتم داروهاي مختلفي مصرف كردم مثل فلوكستين،زاناكس،سيتالوپرام...
نزديك ٧ سالم هست كه آوونكس مصرف ميكنم.سر كار به شدت بي حوصلم اصلاً كار نمي كنم منتظرم كه بيرونم كنند.
چيكار كنم؟؟؟

بچه ها من يه پيشنهاد دارم در اين بخش كه اگه عملي بشه به نظرم خوب باشه
براي مشاوره كساني كه براشون مشكلي نيست همه مطلع بشن از مشكلشون , جواب هم در همين تاپيك داده بشه
و كساني هم كه با اين موضوع مشكل دارن از طريق پيغام خصوصي يا ايميل با خانوم ربيعي عزيز در تماس باشن
مزيت گزينه اول اينه كه ميتونه كمكي باشه براي افرادي كه همين مشكل رو دارا هستن

یه جورایی همه دچار روزمرگی شدن سعی کن دنبال اتفاقای جدید تو زندگیت باشی.

من فکر کنم علت اصلیش همین روزمرگی هست . حالا بی خیال �همون بعضی وقتا هم باید شاد باشی . Wink
گاهی آدما ناراحت هستن و به فکر فرو میرن اما اسمشو افسردگی نزار مهسا جون. این عکسی که من از بچه ها دیدم هیچ کی افسردگی نداره قیافه ها همه باحالن . خیلیم بهش فکر نکن

ببخشید خانم ربیعی من مشاوره دادم Smile Smile (اما بعنوان یه دوست نه کسی که تخصص داره چون دوست ندارم کسی از بچه هامون بگه بعضی وقتا افسرده میشه حالا هم که مهسا میگه این فکر و میکنه همه وظیفمونه از این فکر بیاریمش بیرون )

مهسای گلم سلام تاخیر منو ببخش نمی دونم شهرزاد گلی بهت گفته درگیره همون پروژه هستم که اطلاعیه رو شماها زحمتشو کشیدین
مهسای گل این افسردگی شما کاملاً طبیعیه اما چیزی که هست مشاوره و روانشناس ها برعکس متخصصین مغز و اعصاب و روانپزشک های محترم خیلی با تجویز دارو موافق نیستن مگر اینکه خیلی حاد باشه که ارجاع می دن به این متخصصین محترم اما خانومی اگه من از این به بعد تنبلی رو بذارم کنار خیلی از فنون های تخصصی مشاوره مثل روان درمانی - رفتار درمانی - معنا درمانی - شناخت درمانی - ریلکسشن و ... حتماً مطالبی تو این زمینه ها براتون می نویسم .
مهسا جان بی حوصلگی شاید برای اینکه 1- هدف هایی رو که دنبال می کردی گذاشتی کنار و الان برنامه ای و هدفی توی زندگیت نداری
2- علت دیگه می تونه تفریح و استراحتت کم شده و همش کار می کنی
و شایدم دنبال نتیجه برنامه یا کاری بودی که� به نتیجه مطلوبت نرسیده
راه حل نمی دم چون دوست دارم قدم به قدم پیش بریم و خودت هم کمک کنی و مدیریت حل مساله رو کم کم یاد بگیری� :-*� Wink
