امید عزیز ، چرا نمیری از دکتر کمک بخوای چون ممکنه کسانی که جواب نمی دن این� وضع رو تجربه نکردن، اگه می دونستن حتما می گفتن . پزشک شاید خودش شاید هم با معرفی فیزیو تراپیست و... بتونه راه حلی بده .انجمن ام اس هم که میگن برنامه هایی داره ، شاید در این رابطه هم باشه .
امیدوارم هر چه زودتر مشکلت رفع بشه. Wink

امید جان مشکل عدم تعادل دو حالت داره
نمیدونم کدومش و داری ولی باید بری دکتر این چیزایی هم که میگم فقط به خاطر اطلاعات عمومیته بهتره به دکترت یه سر بزنی

۱ - سرگیجه یا سیاهی رفتن چشما
۲ - مشکل در راه رفتن
اگه تو راه رفتن مشکل داری میتونه دلیلش یک نوع ضعف عضلانی باشه.
ضعف عضلات پا ممکنه باعث افتادگی با بشه که تو این حالت انگشت های پات زودتر از پاشنه به زمین میرسه و این موضوع باعث به هم خوردن تعادل میشه ...
اگه اینجوریه؟؟ خوب داروی خاصی فکر نکنم داشته باشه ... ولی تکنیک های جبرانیش اهمیت داره ...
مثلا کفش خیلی مهم
حتما سعی کن کفشی بخری که کفش چرمی باشه و بند داشته باشه.. کف چرمی باعث میشه که کفش به زمین نچسبه و بند هم کفش رو تو پات محکم نگه میداره و باعث میشه تعادلت بهتر بشه ...

ولی اگه مشکلت سرگیجه و سیاهی رفتن چشمها باشه ... شاید دکترت بهت دارو بده .. من دارو ها رو میگم ولی حتما باید دکترت بهت تجویز کنه ....
اغلب دکترا برای سرگیجه دارو های آنتی هیستامین هم پیشنهاد میکنن .. مثل دیفن هیدرامین و دیفن هیدرات و سیناریزین و ... که تو موارد حفیف سرگیجه و یاسیاهی رفتن چشم تسکین بخشه...نیاسین که جزپی از همون ویتامین ب کمپلکس هستش عروق خونی رو گشاد میکنه که اونم این مشکل رو یه کم کاهش میده . گروه دارو های بنزودیازپین که شامل همون دیازپام و کلونازپام و واکسازپام هم سرگیجه رو مهار میکنن.

حالا من فقط به خاطر اطلاعات عمومیت اینا رو گفتم و منبعشم علمیه ... حالا تصمیمه نهایی رو دکترت باید بگیره که چی کار باید بکنی ...
تنها کاری که من میتونم بگم و انجام بدی اینه که یه کم بی خیالی طی کن ...

من تو راه رفتن مشکل نداشتم اما شدیدا عدم تعادل داشتم و نمی تونستم حتی یک قدم رو خط راست یا مسیر مشخص راه برم و مجبور بودم با فاصله بین پاهام خودم رو حفظ کنم. وقتی التهاب مغز و نخاعم با تزریق متیل فروکش کرد تعادلم خیلی بهتر شد و الان تعادل راه رفتنم برای دکترم رضایت بخشه.
دکتر من که راهی پیش روم نذاشت فقط تزریق بود همین

من که دیروز 2 بار افتادم.1 بار تو فیزیوتراپی.1 بارم تو خیابون.تازه پامم زخمی شد.
