بیماری ام اس درمان شد

محققین کانادایی با بکارگیری سلول‌های بنیادی موفق به درمان بیماری ام اس شدند.

به گزارش مهر، بر اساس برآوردهای انجام گرفته، سالانه در حدود ۲.۳ میلیون نفر در سرتاسر جهان مبتلا به بیماری ام اس می شوند که علت آن هدف قرار گرفتن سیستم عصبی بدن از سوی سیستم ایمنی به طور اشتباه است.

این بیماری با علائمی نظیر خستگی و تار شدن دید ظاهر و به فلج جزیی تا کامل منجر می شود.

محققین دانشگاه Ottawa کانادا با انجام آزمایشات بالینی متوجه شدند که باز تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن منجر به درمان ام اس می شود.

در شیوه درمانی موسوم به IAHSCT ابتدا محققین کانادایی سیستم ایمنی بدنی که بیمار شده بود را با بکارگیری دوز بالای داروهای شیمی درمانی هدف قرار داده و آن را از بین بردند.

سپس با استفاده از سلول های بنیادی Hematopoietic که قبلا از خون بیمار تهیه شده بود دوباره آن را به بدن فرد مبتلا به ام اس پیوند زدند.

نتیجه آن منجر به شکل گیری سیستم ایمنی جدید برای بدن به وسیله این سلول های بنیادی شد که حافظه ای برای حمله به سیستم عصبی بدن نداشتند. با بکارگیری این تکنیک ۲۴ بیمار که از ام اس شدید رنج می بردند، درمان شدند.

همچنین در فرآیند بعد از درمان نیز گزارشی از بازگشت ام اس ثبت نشد و در ۳۲۷ اسکن انجام گرفته از بیماران ام اس در دوره بعد از درمان، نشانه ای از ضایعه مغزی مشاهده نشد ضمن اینکه دیگر نیازی به استفاده از داروهای خاص ام اس برای جلوگیری از پیشرفت بیماری نبود.

شیمی درمانی و تزریق سلول های بنیادی و ...که قبلا هم بود.
کی انجام دادن و چه مدت گذشته و عود نداشتن مهمه، نه اینکه خوب شدن. با طب سنتی هم یه تعداد موقتی خوب میشن با اینترفرون هم همینطور اینکه بازگشت نداشته باشه مهمه
من که دیگه برام فرقی نداره درمان بشه، نشه. همیشه یه عده باید بیمار باشن که کمپانی های داروسازی بتونن امرار معاش کنن!

بر اساس برآوردهای انجام گرفته، سالانه در حدود ۲.۳ میلیون نفر در سرتاسر جهان مبتلا به بیماری ام اس می شوند که علت آن هدف قرار گرفتن سیستم عصبی بدن از سوی سیستم ایمنی به طور اشتباه است.

محققین کانادایی با بکارگیری سلول‌های بنیادی موفق به درمان بیماری ام اس شدند.
بر اساس برآوردهای انجام گرفته، سالانه در حدود ۲.۳ میلیون نفر در سرتاسر جهان مبتلا به بیماری ام اس می شوند که علت آن هدف قرار گرفتن سیستم عصبی بدن از سوی سیستم ایمنی به طور اشتباه است.
این بیماری با علائمی نظیر خستگی و تار شدن دید ظاهر و به فلج جزیی تا کامل منجر می شود.
محققین دانشگاه Ottawa کانادا با انجام آزمایشات بالینی متوجه شدند که باز تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن منجر به درمان ام اس می شود.
در شیوه درمانی موسوم به IAHSCT ابتدا محققین کانادایی سیستم ایمنی بدنی که بیمار شده بود را با بکارگیری دوز بالای داروهای شیمی درمانی هدف قرار داده و آن را از بین بردند.
سپس با استفاده از سلول های بنیادی Hematopoietic که قبلا از خون بیمار تهیه شده بود دوباره آن را به بدن فرد مبتلا به ام اس پیوند زدند.
نتیجه آن منجر به شکل گیری سیستم ایمنی جدید برای بدن به وسیله این سلول های بنیادی شد که حافظه ای برای حمله به سیستم عصبی بدن نداشتند. با بکارگیری این تکنیک ۲۴ بیمار که از ام اس شدید رنج می بردند، درمان شدند.

خبر برای ۶ روز پیش هست و یکی دو روزی میشه شنیدم
ولی هنوز هیچ مرکز رسمی در زمینه ام اس اعلام نکرده

من نمی خوام نامیدی و یا امیدواری بدم ولی باید واقع بین بود این روش که در کانادا انجام شده و نتایج خوب و چشم گیری داشته در مرحله تحقیق هست و هنوز مورد تایید قرار نگرفته و با توجه مرگ یک بیمار از ۲۵ تا بیمار مورد آزمایش اگه FDA این روش را برای کنترل یا درمان بیماری تایید کنه با شرایط خاص بیمار مورد تایید قرار می ده و به هر کس که بیمار ام اس شد این روش را پیشنهاد نمی کنه
ولی کلا سلول بنیادی یک معجزه هست agreement2
که تو بدن همه ماها هست فقط باید بشه ازش استفاده کردwink2

هر روز قدمهايي در پيشبرد علم برداشته مي‌شه و ان شاء الله به زودي درمان بيماري‌ها پيدا مي‌شه

پس اميدوارم كه خبر صحت داشته باشد و از نظر علمي هم تاييد نهايي شده باشه

البته ي سؤالي كه مطرحه اينه كه چه مدت طول مي‌كشه تا دستگاه ايمني از طريق سلول‌هاي بنيادي به صورت كامل ساخته بشه؟
و توي اين مدت چطور بايد از بيماريزاهاي مختلف مصون موند؟

آقا مهدی (mehdernet2) این خبر رو قبلا دوستان تو سایت گذاشته بودن ، برای همین نفر دوم به بعد که خبر رو گذاشت تکراری هست و باید حذف بشه.
امیدوارم روز به روز پیشرفت بیشتری رو در مسیر درمان ام اس ببینیم. ولی این خبر خیلی هم برام خوشایند نیست چون خیلی ریسک داره و روشش خطرناکه . میزنن سیستم ایمنی رو نابود میکنن بعد از اول بسازن ! خوب شاید نشد ، میمیره بیمار که !

من همین الان از اخبار شبکه 3 شنیدم که پزشکهای کانادایی تونستن ام اس و درمان کنند .
ولی تا این درمان به ایران بیاد خیلی زمان میبره.
