ایجاد موقت علائم ام اس با استرس - الی کوچولو - 2014/03/13

سلام دوستان
یه تجربه ای که من از ام اس دارم این هست که وقتی دچار استرس(حتی کم) میشم دست و پاهام سست میشن و دوبینی پیدا میکنم! این اتفاق خیلی زیاد برای من می افته؛ خب زندگی هم که سراسر استرس و نگرانیه! دیگه این مشکل داره کلافه ام میکنه؛ توی شرایط بحرانی چشم من دوتا میبینهconfused
امروز با خواهرم رفته بودیم بیرون، یه مشکل خیلی کوچک پیش اومد و بلافاصله من دوبینی ام شروع شد و پای چپم به سختی حرکت میکرد، طوری که احساس میکردم دارم می لنگمangry3
میخواستم بدونم دلیل علمی این حمله های موقت چیه؟ شما هم تجربه اش رو داشتید؟

منم تازگیها این طوری شدم. با کوچکترین استرسی پام موقتا بی حس میشه...

بچه ها ام اسه دیگه , سخت نگیرینsmiling
منم وقتی استرس دارم یا عصبی میشم یا حرص میخورم یا خیلی خسته میشم یا .... همین مشکلا برام پیش میاد angel
بایدها و نبایدهای زندگیمونو بشناشیمو رعایتشون کنیم خیلی کمکمون میکنهhappy0065.gif, میگم سخت نگیریم چون سختتر میشه confused

بچه ها این مشکل واقعاً برام غیر قابل تحمل شدهconfused در شرایط خیلی مهم من استرس پیدا میکنم و دوبینی و بی حسی و....
من به عده کمی بیماریمو گفتم و در این شرایط نمیتونم بهشون بگم که مشکل من چیه! خب شک میکننangry3
خیلی آدم بی جنبه ای هستم! با هر چیزی دچار استرس میشم!!! البته ناگفته نماند که دارم سیتالوپرام میخورم ولی...

منم هرقت توی شرایط غیر عادی قرار میگیرم چشمام تار میشه ،دستم میلرزه و ...

دوستان میشه از پزشک معالجتون علت علمی این اتفاق رو بپرسید؟
آخه تکیه کلام دکتر من اینه:"چیزی نیست!" و من وقتی از ایشون این سوال رو میپرسم میفرمایند: "چیزی نیست" Undecided

من فکر کنم خواب هم خیلی موثر باشه من هروقت کمتر از 8 ساعت می خوابم فرداش کمپلت سست و بی جون و دردمندم Dodgy
