وضعیتی بحالت صندلی - yas - 2010/06/07

در این وضعیت انتهای ستون فقرات باید صاف و کشیده باشد.اجازه دهید که وزن قسمت بالای بدن در لگن خاصره فرو رفته که در این صورت ماهیچه های پا آرام می شوند و وزن بدن مستقیم به زمین می رود. قفسه سینه به آرامی به سمت شکم می آید. به آرامی نفس می کشیم و بر روی حرکت تمرکز می کنیم.

3.زانوها را خم کرده و قسمت بالای بدن را در زاویه 45 درجه نگه دارید.

اینم موارد منعش که نزنید خودتونو داغون کنید

مشکلات جدی زانو
فشار خون بالا -(در این حالت دست رو به حالت نیایش(کف دستها به هم ،مدل هندی )جلوی سینه نگه دارید)
مشکلات کمر (از دیوار کمک بگیرید)
مشکلات زانو (با پای باز انجام بدید وزیاد پارو خم نکنید زانوتونم ازشصتتون جلوتر نباشه)

میتونید این حرکتو در حالی که به جلو خم نشدید انجام بدید
