خصوصا اینکه این عارضه باعث تحلیل رفتن عضلات و ماهیچه ها میشه!

از زماني كه اين مريضي مشخص شد دكتر گفت فوتبال بازي نكنم و بدنسازي نرم و عرق كردن براي بدنم خوب نيست تمام حركاتي كه گفتين باشگاه انجام ميدادم فقط اينكه نرمش خلاصه انجام ميدم آيا واسه رفتن باشگاه با اين مريضي مشكلي ايجاد نميشه؟

نه مشکلی ایجاد نمیشه بسته به توانایی فعلی میتونید تمرینات رو یه مقدار با شدت کمتر نسبت به سابق انجام بدید

اقا احسان متوجه نشدم یک بار واضح سوالتونو میگید؟
اگرمنظورتون بالا یا پایین رفتن از پله هاست باید بگم اگر تمام جوانب احتیاط رو رعایت کنید نه مشکلی نیست اما این رفت و امد زیاد در روز باعث اسیب به زانو میشه حداالمقدور کمتر پله هارو پایین بالا بروwink2

درسته ایناز جون هیچ منعی برای هیچ رشته ورزشی برای ما وجود نداره فقط گاهی بعضی افراد ممکنهمشکل حرکتی خاص براشون پیش اومده باشه که ممکنه با ادامه ورزش کمکی که نکنه حتی تشدید هم بکنه ناتوانی حرکتی روlove51

خيلي ممنون من وزنه به پام ميبندم اگه باخستگيم مبارزه كنم خوبه روزي 4 ساعت شكنجه ميشم ولي انجام ميدم اينم نميدونم درسته يا نه اگه ممكنه بگيد بم
