خدمت تمامی اعضای محترم 
و همچنین با تشکر از سایت خوب ام اس سنتر


سه روش برای کنترل وضعیت پلاک فعال و خود ام اس که باعث عدم فرمان مغز به عضو بدن و اختلال در حرکت می شود که هیچگونه ارتباطی با مشکل روان خود بیمار ندارد (نکته : قبل استفاده داروهای نوشته شده بررسی شود و با پزشک مشورت گردد ) عبارتند از :


روش اول برای پلاک فعال و ام اس ضعیف :
داروهای گیاهی لیورگل و جینکوگل و الیوم اس دینه و شربت سودا برای خستگی و عدم تعادل و چربی خون و ارامش

برنامه مصرف : لیورگل یک عدد بعد صبحانه ، الیوم اس یک عدد بعد ناهار ، جینکوگل یک عدد عصر با فاصله حداقل دو ساعت از داروهای دیگر ، یک عدد لیورگل حدودا غروب ، شربت سودا یک قاشق غذا خوری با نصف یک لیوان اب جوش قبل از خواب
( نکته : لیورگل 70 برای خانم ها و لیورگل 140 برای اقایون )


روش دوم برای پلاک فعال و ام اس متوسط :
داروهای شیمیایی ویتامین 300 b1 و b کامپلکس یا نوروبیون و ویتامین d1000 و d50000 و امگا 3 

برنامه مصرف : d1000 یک عدد بعد صبحانه ، امگا 3 بعد از ناهار ، ویتامین b1 300 یک عدد عصر ، ویتامین d50000 یک عدد هفته ای یک بار ، تزریق b کامپلکس یا نوروبیون یک عدد هفته ای یک بار
( نکته : در انتهای هفته به جز ویتامین d50000 و تزریق b کامپلکس داروی دیگری استفاده نشود که حداقل با فاصله 6 ساعت از داروی اولی یک عدد قرص d50000 بعد صبحانه داروی دومی تزریق یک عدد b  کامپلکس در عصر می باشد )


روش سوم برای پلاک فعال و ام اس حاد ( ترکیب گیاهی و شمیایی و خوراکی ) :
داروهای گیاهی لیورگل و جینکوگل و الیوم اس دینه و شربت سودا برای خستگی و عدم تعادل و چربی خون و ارامش
داروهای شیمیایی ویتامین 300 b1 و b کامپلکس یا نوروبیون و ویتامین d1000 و d50000 و امگا 3 
خوراکی ها گوشت سفید و تخم مرغ و قارچ و یک قاشق چای خوری زرد چوبه قاطی غذا و سبزیجات و میوه جات و  شیر بدن لاکتوز

برنامه مصرف : d1000 یک عدد بعد صبحانه ، یک عدد امگا 3 با فاصله یک ساعت از d1000 ، یک عدد لیور گل با فاصله یک ساعت از امگا3 ، یک عدد الیوم اس بعد ناهار ، یک عدد ویتامین b1 300 با یک ساعت فاصله از الیوم اس ، یک عدد جینکو گل با حداقل دو ساعت فاصله از داروهای دیگر در عصر ، یک عدد لیور گل در غروب ، شربت سودا یک قاشق غذا خوری با نصف یک لیوان اب جوش قبل از خواب ،  ویتامین d50000 یک عدد هفته ای یک بار ، تزریق b کامپلکس یا نوروبیون یک عدد هفته ای یک بار ، خوراکی ها بستگی به استفاده و مصرف خود دارد که شیر بدون لاکتوز معده درد نمی اورد 
( نکته ها: لیورگل 70 برای خانم ها و لیورگل 140 برای اقایون --در انتهای هفته به جز ویتامین d50000 و تزریق b کامپلکس داروی دیگری استفاده نشود که حداقل با فاصله 6 ساعت از داروی اولی یک عدد قرص d50000 بعد صبحانه داروی دومی یک عدد تزریق b  کامپلکس در عصر می باشد )


اخرین مورد اینکه ورزش کششی فراموش نگردد .


ما میتوانیم ام اس را شکست دهیم اگر خودمون تلاش کنیم / توکل به خدا
