normal lordotic curvature of the cervical spine is noted[/align].
there is evidence of central disc herniation at the level of C3-C4,C4-C5, and C5-C6 that cause no spinal canal stenosis or pressure effect over the exiting nerve roots but there are evidence of a few high signal intensity lesions in the cervical cord with no enhancement which can be demyelinating plaques.
ام ار ای یکسال پیش این بوده
cervical vertebae demonstrated normal height. shape and configuration. at level of C5-C6 diffuse disc osteophyte complex causing anterior indentation thecal sac without pressure over exiting roots.
cerebral cord shows abnormal signal change at level of odonoid process, C2& C4 verebral body and C6-C7 intervening disc consistent with demyelinating plaques of multiple sclerosis.
there is no definite abnormal enhacing plaque on post contrast images.
pre and para vertebral soft tissue are unremarkable.
