diffuse multi focal periventricular & subcortical white matter abnormal high signal regions in T2 & flair images bilaterally is seen wich can be due to small vessel diseases in an underling condition .

also high signal foci in LT thalamus & pons
flair images ischemia is noted
DWIs is helpful
normal anatomy of the intracranial contents
good grey-with matter differentiation
no evidence of mass or tumoral lesion
basal ganglia & ventricular system are normal
mid line structure are normally located
ICAs & basilar artery are patent
other supra & infra tentorial structures appear norma
